How Does The Referral Program Work?

For the first new customer you refer to ShoreSummerRentals & VacationRentals2U, we will pay you $50. For each additional new customer you send to us within a 12 month period, we will pay you $75 each. There is no limit to the amount of money you can earn.

Each new referral will need to purchase an annual subscription to ShoreSummerRentals & VacationRentals2U. After we verify property ownership and approve the listing, a check will be mailed to you within 7 days. Property verification usually takes less than 24 hours.

Who Can Participate?
- Active ShoreSummerRentals & VacationRentals2U customers.
- The referral must complete registration with ShoreSummerRentals or VacationRentals2U, which includes paying for an annual subscription.

General Terms and Conditions

Referrer must have an active ShoreSummerRentals / VacationRentals2U account and cannot refer themselves or their own management company.

Referrals must be new ShoreSummerRentals/VacationRentals2U customers and must not have or previously had a property listing on ShoreSummerRentals/VacationRentals2U under their name or any other name.

Referral bonus cannot be applied retroactively for word-of-mouth referrals. This program is valid beginning November 19, 2010 and can be terminated or modified at any time by ShoreSummerRentals / VacationRentals2U.

Referrer's participation in this Program constitutes their acceptance of the program Terms and Conditions and any changes thereto. Referrers and referrals are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that ShoreSummerRentals / VacationRentals2U may make to the program Terms and Conditions.

ShoreSummerRentals / VacationRentals2U reserves the right to terminate this program at any time and, in its sole discretion, to honor any reward or refuse any referral bonus if ShoreSummerRentals / VacationRentals2U determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in creating a listing, or that any term of this Program or ShoreSummerRentals/VacationRentals2U Terms of Service have been violated.
