Property is expected to be left in the same condition that you find it.
Linen service is available for rent, upon request.
Deposits: 1/2 the weekly rental due within seven days with signed contract. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
Security deposit - $ 300.00 - for a normal family rental. Security deposit is fully refundable after inspection, and key return. Security deposit is fully refunded within 30 days, by check, via mail.
