Only 7 blocks away from Joe Pops.

Great for 2 or 3 families vacationing together. You each can rent a unit and have your privacy and still be together. All three condos are located on the second floor.

Deposits:
$250 deposit required within 7 days of signing contract in order to guarantee availability if rental period is greater than 1 month away. For last minute rentals, deposit and payment terms are on a case by case basis.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
At least 30 day cancellation required. Refunds will be given only with sufficient notice and the re-rental of the property. There will be a $150.00 processing fee for any cancellation.
